LEAR Land & New Homes
Established in 2007, LEAR Land & New Homes provides a proactive and personal service to house builders and land owners in four key areas of the new homes’ industry: sales management, investment sales, land transactions and GDV consultancy.
LEAR Land & New Homes will manage plot sales, introduce/negotiate residential land transactions and provide GDV consulting support to house builders.
Based just outside Bath, the company is headed up by Andrew Lear who has over 30 years’ experience in the residential property market.
